Email Contact

When you contact us by email, the data you transmit is stored in order to process your request. Legal basis: Article 6(1) GDPR (performance of a contract, legitimate interest, or consent).

Newsletter (Beehiiv)

Sign-ups for the Attractor newsletter are processed via the platform Beehiiv (Beehiiv, Inc., 228 Park Ave S, PMB 81258, New York, NY 10003, USA). On sign-up, your email address is collected and transmitted to Beehiiv. In addition, Beehiiv records the IP address and the date and time of sign-up for verification and spam protection.

Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure: after sign-up you receive a confirmation email, and delivery starts only after you click the confirmation link.

Newsletter emails track opens and link clicks (tracking pixels and individualised links). This data is used solely to measure performance and improve the content.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link at the end of every newsletter email. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

Because Beehiiv processes data in the United States, the Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework serve as the basis for the transfer. For further information see Beehiiv's privacy policy.

Web Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website loads the typefaces Fraunces and IBM Plex Mono via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). On loading, technically necessary data such as your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a consistent typographic presentation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
